Pay once and ride all day in one of our two passenger brake vans, hauled by one of our historic steam locomotives. The trip will take you from our platform and along the former minerals branch line which once served the sidings of the ironstone quarries in the area. Visitors can also view our fleet of historic ironstone locomotives in the recently opened Simon Layfield Exhibition Centre which now houses the greater part of the museums collection. The Woolsthorpe Workshop is also open for visitors to see progress of ongoing locomotive restorations. The Sundew Cafe will be open all day to provide hot and cold beverages and snacks.
