According to their handy website search engine, (which is based on averages you'll be pleased to know!) you apparently have to earn a whopping, £40,000 a year to live in Rutland!

It states, that 'on average you'd have to earn £20.73 an hour to buy a house in this postcode' - LE15. This is over £777 per week, and on average £40,423.50 a year.


A very decent salary right? But, if you live in London's SW7 the web app states you'll need to earn a humongous £363,987 a year! That's £6999.75 a week... Wow.
